Wave Vzla is an app operated by Aurelia Wave to check reference rates, convert currencies, read posts and activate temporary USDT-rate features through rewarded ads. This policy explains what information the app processes, what it uses it for and how to request data deletion.
Rates and conversions are informative references. Wave Vzla is not an exchange house, does not intermediate operations, does not process payments, does not hold funds and does not provide financial, legal or investment advice. Figures may change, be delayed or differ from a price available in a specific market. Users must verify any operation with the official source or the relevant provider.
The service is operated by Aurelia Wave, which runs the Wave Vzla app. For questions about privacy, access or data deletion write to [email protected] clearly stating that the request concerns Wave Vzla.
Wave Vzla does not ask for email, password, phone number or account registration. To associate reactions, Nitro benefits and requests from the same install device, it generates a random pseudonymous identifier locally and transforms it into a technical identifier compatible with the backend. It is not generated from name, email, contacts, IMEI or Advertising ID.
The identifier is stored in the app's private storage and sent to the backend through the X-User-Id header. It must not be considered an account transferable between devices.
The app does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, location, SMS, calls, personal files or the user's banking information.
If the user grants system permission, Firebase Cloud Messaging may process an install token and notification topic subscriptions. These topics are used to send feed updates, app announcements and rate-related notices.
Users can decline the permission, disable all notifications or disable individual categories from Settings. When disabled, the app stops keeping the corresponding subscriptions.
Firebase Analytics turns on after the user accepts the welcome screen and is part of Wave Vzla's conditions of use. It may process screens visited, sessions, app version and general usage events, such as the tab viewed or a rate refresh, to measure stability and improve the service.
We do not send Analytics post content, specific rate values, email, name or the app's own technical reactions identifier as event parameters. There is no switch inside the app to disable this collection. If you do not accept the terms and the privacy policy, you must not continue using the app.
Wave Vzla uses Google AdMob to show banners and optional rewarded ads. AdMob may process the advertising identifier, device information, usage data, diagnostics and data needed to deliver and measure ads.
In regions where consent is required, the app uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) before requesting ads. Users can review their options from Settings > Ad privacy choices. Availability of personalised ads depends on the user's choice and their region's rules.
Watching a rewarded ad must not be interpreted as a purchase. The benefit is validated and limited by the Wave Vzla backend. The user's device must not be trusted as the sole proof of a reward.
These providers may process information on servers located outside the user's country. Their services are used under their own policies and terms. You can review their policies on the official Google, Firebase and AdMob sites.
Wave Vzla does not sell personal information. It only shares information with providers when necessary to deliver a requested feature, keep the service secure, prevent abuse or comply with a legal obligation.
Communications between the app and the Wave Vzla backend use HTTPS. Local storage stays inside the app's private space and is not included in automatic system backups, to avoid moving identity, reactions or benefits to another device.
No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. If you find a security issue, report it to [email protected] without including passwords, private keys or financial information.
Preferences, cache and local data are removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Reactions, benefits and backend technical records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, prevent fraud, resolve incidents and comply with legal obligations.
To request deletion of data associated with the pseudonymous identifier, write to [email protected] stating Wave Vzla. The request must include minimal information to locate the data. Data not needed for security or a legal obligation will be deleted, and any exceptional retention will be explained.
Use of Wave Vzla is permitted exclusively to people aged 18 or older. Being at least 18 is a mandatory requirement to access and use the app; Wave Vzla is not designed for minors. The feed shows posts managed by the service. Reactions must not be used for spam, harassment, fraud or illegal content.
We may update this policy when the app, the providers or legal obligations change. The update date will be shown at the top. Important changes will be communicated inside the app when reasonably possible.
